Carlo Mecella focuses his practice on commercial and corporate law, with particular reference to M&A and private equity transactions. He assists Italian and international clients in relation to investment, acquisition or disposal of shareholdings and/or assets in different industrial sectors.
He also provides assistance in relation to corporate matters, both ordinary and extraordinary.
He has acquired significant experience in the field of capital markets, assisting Italian listed companies, banks and other financial institutions in regulatory matters, equity capital markets transactions (IPOs and recapitalization operations) and takeover bids.
