Massimo Tesei, is a founding partner of the Firm, which he joined in 2017 to open the Milan office. He has more than 25 years experience advising leading companies in M&A and private equity transactions and has been involved in some of the most complex Italian transactions in the financial institutions sector. He has been a founding partner of Studio Carbonetti e Associati, where he was head of the Corporate and M&A department, and an M&A partner of the US firm Jones Day. He has extensive experience in the field of capital markets, in takeover bids, corporate governance and market abuse matters. He also deals with debt restructuring transaction and acquisition and management of distressed assets. In addition, he assists his clients in sanction proceedings before supervisory authorities and in corporate and commercial litigation proceedings.
