Silvio Lecca focuses his practice on insolvency law as well as on commercial and civil litigation.
He assists clients in debt restructuring operations, providing legal assistance in drafting proposals for composition with creditors procedures and handling the phase of negotiation with major creditors (in the context of debt restructuring agreement and recovery plans).
He is registered in the list of bankruptcy receivers of the Court of Rome and holds the position of receiver in different bankruptcy proceedings.
He has also gained extensive experience in the field of commercial litigation, assisting Italian and foreign clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings, both national and international.
